Circular-Withholding of Employee Salaries for Failure to Provide Valid NIR ID
In furtherance of its on-going mandate to clean the Central Government Payroll of ghosts and double dippers, the National Payroll Clean-up task force hereby announces to all central government employees that effective the pay period for April 2021 there will be no slary payment to any employee who does not have a verified national Identification Number (NIN), issued by the National identification Registry.
