Monrovia, Liberia - Liberia’s Finance and Development Planning Minister Hon. Samuel D. Tweah Jr., on Friday, March 13, 2020, carried out an in-house touring of departments/units within the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning.
The visit of the minister was intended to identify the challenges of various departments and also geared towards encouraging employees to exhibit a high degree of productivity and effectiveness on the job at all times.
He urged employees to work hard for the success of the Pro-Poor Agenda for Prosperity and Development, as challenges they have will be addressed by the MFDP leadership.
During the three hours toured, Hon. Tweah assured the ministry’s Communications and IT Units of the Senior Management Team of more support, adding that his leadership will continue to do its best to enhance the friendly, cordial and productive working environment at the entity.
He also assured employees of a practical FY2020/2021 National Budget, something he said will make employees to be more efficient.
