Important Notice!
The Office of the Comptroller and Accountant General (CAG) informs ALL Ministries, Agencies, and Commissions (MACs) that, in keeping with its commitment to the timely processing and payment of salaries, adjustments, updates, and corrections to their respective payrolls are to be made on or before June 17, 2026. Failure to submit the adjusted, updated, or correction of individual MACs payrolls by the close of the deadline will be considered approved and processed for the month of June and July 2026.
Please note that the above action is consistent with the government timely payroll processing, and disbursement regime. The CAG decision is to ensure that adequate time is given to expeditiously process and disburse ALL payroll for the July 26th celebration.
The continuation of adjustments, updates, and corrections to MACs payroll will resume in August 2026.
